7-day returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:

• It differs from the description, condition or photos on its page.
• It doesn't match the measurements given on its page.
• You received the wrong item, or an item is missing from the parcel.
• You changed your mind (the conditions below apply).

Conditions

• The item is unworn, unwashed and in the same state we sent it, with the ABCThrift tag attached.
• Send an unboxing video or photos (especially for a wrong or damaged item).
• Light signs of wear are normal for pre-loved items and match the condition grade on the page; they are not a reason for return.
• Undergarments, socks, swimwear and items marked "Final sale" cannot be returned.
• Deal of the Day and accepted-offer items can be exchanged; cash refunds only if the mistake is ours.
• Each item is one of a kind, so an exchange is for a different item of equal value.

Send your order number, item code and photos on WhatsApp 0311 4139007. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Delivery charges

If the mistake is ours (wrong item, not as described), we pay delivery both ways. For change of mind or size returns, the customer pays return delivery and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Refund

Once we receive and check the item, we refund within 3 working days by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer, or as store credit if you prefer.
